Disclaimer

By proceeding with your payment for a booking, or any other purchase at Golf Hour LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. A booking includes simulator bay reservations, bay buy out reservations, and/or event & event space reservations.

1. Payment Terms: All payments made for the use of Golf Hour facilities & simulator bays and/or for the purchase of food, beverages, merchandise, and/or associated equipment and supplies are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated in writing. You may cancel your simulator booking for a full refund up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time unless otherwise stated as part of membership inclusions, event bookings, or bay buy out reservations. Bookings can be cancelled up to the time of booking and are non refundable thereafter. 

2. Age Requirements: All Individuals participating as part of a booking that are under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will be responsible for their safety and conduct while using the facilities, simulator bays, and/or associated equipment and supplies.

3. Alcohol Consumption: All individuals participating as part of a booking must be of legal drinking age in North Carolina if consuming alcohol and agree to drink responsibly and acknowledge that excessive alcohol consumption may impair the ability to use the facility, simulator bays, and/or associated equipment and supplies safely. Golf Hour reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any person who appears intoxicated or whose behavior may pose a danger to themselves or others.

4. Use of Facility, Simulator Bays, and Equipment: Golf Hour is not liable for any injuries or damages arising from improper use of the facilities, simulator bays, and/or associated equipment and supplies. You understand that the proper use of these items for all individuals as part of this booking is your responsibility, and you agree to reimburse Golf Hour for the full cost of repair or replacement of any damaged items resulting from improper use.

5. Assumption of Risk: Participation in golfing and multi-sport activities involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, physical injury. By making a booking and using the facilities, simulator bays, and/or associated equipment and supplies, you and all individuals as part of this booking voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.

6. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golf Hour, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from your use of the facilities, simulator bays, and/or associated equipment and supplies.

7. Liability Waiver: All customers participating in activities associated with a Golf Hour simulator bay and/or associated equipment and supplies are required to sign a liability waiver before using the Golf Hour facilities, simulator bays, and/or associated equipment and supplies. Failure to sign the waiver may result in the denial of service. A link to the Liability Waiver will be included in the confirmation for this booking and should be provided to all participants to complete before arriving at the facility.

By submitting and/or completing a payment, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the above disclaimers and terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with the payment.
