What is a Bay Buy Out?

A Bay Buy Out reserves 2-4 private simulator bays for your group, giving you a dedicated space to play, compete, and socialize in a shared lounge environment.

What types of events are Bay Buy Outs good for?

Birthday parties, corporate events, team outings, client appreciation events, fantasy drafts, and group gatherings.

What activities are available?

In addition to golf, you can play soccer, football, baseball, hockey, frisbee golf, cornhole, and other interactive games like zombie dodgeball.

How many people can I bring?

Up to 8 guests per bay. For ages 16 and older, the maximum number of participants per bay is 8. For ages under 16, the maximum number of participants per bay is 6. You can reserve between 2 and 4 bays.

Is the space completely private?

No, your bays are reserved exclusively, but other guests may still be in the facility or lounge.

Is seating available for guests not playing?

Yes, each bay includes a table and seating for 6, and there is also a lounge area with additional seating and TVs.

How do I reserve a Bay Buy Out?

Visit www.golf-hour.com/baybuyouts and complete the “Contact Us” form.

When is the initial payment due?

Reservations are confirmed after a quote is provided and a 50 percent initial payment is paid at the time of quotation.

When is final payment due?

Final payment is due seven days before your bay buy out date.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can receive a full refund if you cancel at least seven days before your reservation.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes, you can bring food, cater, or have food delivered.

Can I bring my own drinks?

No, all beverages must be purchased through Golf Hour.

What drinks are available?

Options include soft drinks, beer, wine, champagne, cocktails, and self-pour draft beer. A current list of Golf Hour beverage offerings can be found at www.golf-hour.com/ontap

Is there a minimum spend?

Yes, a minimum beverage spend applies based on your reservation details, and any shortfall will be charged at the end of the event. The minimum beverage spend will be listed at time of quotation.

How does beverage billing work?

You can choose an open tab, drink tickets, or individual guest tabs; or a combination of all three.

Can we decorate the space?

Yes, you can decorate your reserved bays and tables, but not other areas of the facility.

Do you provide setup time?

Yes, there is a 30-minute setup window before your event using one bay and a 30-minute cleanup window after using all bays.

Are tables provided for food or gifts?

Yes, optional folding tables with tablecloths are available.

Do we need to bring golf clubs?

You can bring your own clubs, and rental sets are available for an additional fee.

Are there safety rules?

Yes, there are rules listed in each bay and waivers are required for all participants. Adult supervision is required for anyone under 16. The waiver can be found at www.golf-hour.com/waiver.

Are food and drinks allowed in the simulator bays?

No, food and beverages are not allowed inside the simulator bays and must be kept at the dedicated simulator bay tables or other lounge tables.

Is alcohol allowed?

No outside beverage is permitted. Golf Hour serves a wide selection of alcoholic beverages. A list of current offerings can be found at www.golf-hour.com/ontab. Only guests aged 21 and over with valid identification may consume alcohol.

Will staff be available during the event?

Yes, staff will assist with simulator setup, answer questions, serve beverages, and help with basic cleaning.

What is a Pop-Up Bar?

It is an optional Golf Hour staffed bar setup within the facility to help reduce wait times for larger groups.

Can you help with catering?

Yes, Golf Hour can provide catering recommendations.
